Hi, I'm Annie!

I help leaders of remote, hybrid and dispersed organizations grow their skillsets to lead more effectively in virtual settings.

Since 2017, I've led both fully remote and hybrid teams in a variety of contexts including:

• an established publicly traded company with a rigid organizational matrix

• an agile tech start-up finding its wings in an international market

• a lean non-profit collaborating with many external partners

And well before that, I've held traditional in-office roles where company culture was built in open concepts, with fun drink machines and thematically named conference rooms. Which is to say,  in terms of the way teams work together, I’ve gotten to see it all! For my entire career I've been a student of the particularities of organizations and industries and it's one of the greatest assets I can share with you as a consultant.

I believe (of course) that virtual workplace dynamics are different from traditional in-office ones, but to me different does not mean lesser. Different just means different! It just means new solutions are required.
